By making a reservation through this website or through any booking platform, guests agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations are confirmed once:
the booking has been accepted, and
the required deposit or payment has been received.
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the booking.
Gîte Cruon offers several accommodation options including:
the main gîte
two vineyard cabins
additional guest rooms available for larger group bookings or retreats.
Accommodation capacity and configuration will be confirmed at the time of booking.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on:
season
duration of stay
number of guests
selected accommodation
The price confirmed at the time of booking is the final rental price.
Payment may be made using approved payment methods offered on the website or booking platform.
For direct bookings, payment may be processed through secure payment providers such as Stripe.
A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance may be due before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking terms.
A security deposit may be requested prior to arrival to cover potential damages or excessive cleaning.
If applicable, the deposit will be refunded after departure provided no damage or loss has occurred.

Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: by 10:00
Guests should inform the host in advance of their expected arrival time.
Guests agree to:
treat the property with care and respect
respect the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside
leave the accommodation in reasonable condition
Any damage caused during the stay must be reported immediately.
Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the accommodation booked.
Additional guests must be approved by the host in advance.
Cancellation terms will be stated at the time of booking.``
In general:
cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period may receive a refund according to the booking policy
cancellations made after this period may result in partial or full loss of payment.
Gîte Cruon cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control that prevent or delay the stay, including natural events, government restrictions, or travel disruptions.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
Gîte Cruon shall not be liable for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.
Personal information collected during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate French courts.
